Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.
As soon as your order has been shipped you’ll get a shipping confirmation email and tracking number for your package.
Paying Expedited Shipping on Pre-Order does not mean it will be produced any sooner.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! International Orders are standard shipped via USPS First Class mail, or expedited via DHL Express (2-3 day arrival from ship date!) with rates calculated based on destination country.
COULBOURNE will NOT be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is held in customs.
If your package has been returned to us after an attempted delivery was made and your package was not collected, you will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We are also unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please be sure to double check all details are entered correctly in the checkout.
RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS
COULBOURNE accepts exchanges on items for online Store Credit Only.
Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached.
The shipping cost for any returned item are not covered by COULBOURNE.
Please ship return items with full tracking and insurance. If a package does not reach us safely we cannot issue any exchange or store credit.
Items on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

COULBOURNE does not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. We do our best to ship all packages within 14 days.
WHAT DOES LIMITED EDITION MEAN?
Limited Edition means that we only produce a certain number of each style and we won’t be restocking if/when it sells out.
WHAT DOES “PRE-ORDER” MEAN?
Pre-Ordering means you are buying and reserving your item before it has actually been released. All pieces on "pre-order" are still in production with our factory and will be shipped out as soon as they are completed.
Paying Expedited Shipping on any Pre-Order does not guarantee it will be produced any faster.
Demand can be very high on some items and they often sell out completely before they physically arrive in stock.
Production time can vary but we do our best to give you an accurate estimate of when to expect each pre-order item in the product's description.
Please note that delays can sometimes occur, i.e. sourcing of materials, shipments held in customs, etc. Shipment dates are therefore not guaranteed.
Coulbourne is not held liable for any delays that may occur, but we promise we will do everything we can to get your items to you as fast as possible!
All pricing is listed in US Dollars. Currency conversion rates may be reflected on final credit card charges for international orders.

In order to maintain the highest quality for your COULBOURNE pieces we highly recommend hand washing in cold water only, with mild detergent if necessary. Try to avoid oils and tinted sunscreen too.

I’M IN BETWEEN SIZES ON YOUR SIZING CHART, SHOULD I SIZE UP OR SIZE DOWN?
It depends on the suit, but we would definitely say size up on the triangle tops but size down on the bandeaus. For the bottoms, we’d suggest you size up. However, keep in mind that our bikinis are skimpy, ordering sizes up will not necessarily be the best option if you are looking for more coverage.
DO ANY OF YOUR TOPS HAVE PADDING?
All our tops are lined but have no additional padding.
